Maybe one of those Holzschuh described, but I don't know German and many of his papers I dont have access.
If anyone have seen this species, please point me a direction. Thanks.

(My friend told me it is Parastrangalis inarmata Holzschuh, 1991.)

Here the picture of Parastrangalis inarmata Holzschuh, 1991. I am not sure it's your species. I can't help you with the text of the description, ...in German .
