A Lamiinae I can't determine.

The divergent claws and the shape of the antennae exclude Lamiini.

Many features resemble Xylorhizini: the appearance of the legs; the sculpturing of the pronotum; the appearance of the prosternal and mesosternal processes and the appearance and pubescence of the sternites.
But the scar on the scape makes this difficult.

The white bands on the sides of the elytra and the underside seem quite distinctive, but...
