Quite small Tmesisternini from Wau, Morobe, PNG, 12 mm.
Genus? Poor photo.

I don't know this nice sps, belongs to the marmorata- or complicata -group, both are a bit confused for me, I haven't seen the types of this groups.

In case it helps I add a slightly better photo of that beetle. Is it possible it belongs to Trigonoptera complicata group?= T. complicate Gressitt ? Confirmation or correction please. In Pacific Insects, Monograph 41, Systematics.... Tmesisternini, Gressitt.
