This is one is labelled from Philippines in (Mindoro island).
Please help us to ID.

By judging from the shape of the head, it belongs to the tribe Homonoeini (= Mulciberini).
Among the genera currently recorded from the Philippines, the only possible ID should be Heteroclytomorpha simplex Lacordaire, 1872, but I do not know this species.
