I have identified this specimen as Pterolophia obscurata Breuning, 1938. Confirmation or correction will be appreciated.

Here is the translated description from Breuning 1965:

Elongate. Antennae slender, distinctly shorter than the body (#9792;), ventrally fringed; scape moderately long and slender; third antennomere slightly longer than the fourth and distinctly longer than the scape. Antennal tubercles scarcely prominent. Lower eye lobes transverse, slightly shorter than the genae. Frons as high as broad. Vertex sparsely and finely punctate. Pronotum transverse, convex, slightly rounded laterally, rather densely and finely punctate. Scutellum semicircular.

Elytra very long, convex, apically slightly truncate (outer apical angles rounded), densely punctate; punctures rather coarse in the anterior half, becoming progressively finer in the posterior half. Each elytron with a short postbasal discal longitudinal carina overlaid with dark-brown hairs, followed posteriorly by a fine median longitudinal carina and a longer postmedian discal longitudinal carina. Lateral portions of the sterna densely and finely punctate.

Black, clothed with brownish-yellow tomentum, except the abdomen intermixed with reddish-brown and dark-brown tomentum. Each elytron with a weakly defined yellowish premedian transverse fascia, ascending obliquely from the lateral margin toward the suture without reaching it, and a still less distinct yellowish postmedian transverse fascia. Antennae clothed with dark reddish-brown tomentum; third antennomere and antennomeres V–XI basally yellowish tomentose, as well as the basal two-thirds of antennomere IV.

Length 10 mm; width 3.5 mm.
