The closer species I found is Distenia perforans Holzschuh, 1995 . Picture of the type here

Oh, but he says that D. perforans should be just "dunkel rotbraun". It does not seem like here, no?
It also has more punctures!

...and I wonder what is the difference between Distenia nigrosparsa Pic, 1914 & Distenia perforans Holzschuh, 1995 !

In his description, Holzschuh do not compare D. perforans to D. nigrosparsa Pic ( from Yunnan !), but to Distenia tricostata Chiang & Wu, 1987...
