Ok with you: I see no differences with Niphona tibetana Gressitt, 1951 which is a synonym of Niphona (Hamatoniphona) longicornis (Pic, 1926).
All have the same hook on anterior tibias.

In PIC descriptions, Niphona lunulata differs from Niphona (Hamatoniphona) longicornis (Pic, 1926) in the shape of the body narrower and subparallel, the antennas only of the length of the body, the elytra each decorated with a basal macula black velvety disc with tawny rim.

I think that
- Sergi specimen is a male of Niphona lunulata (Pic, 1926)
- the HT of Niphona lunulata (Pic, 1926) is a female; as mine here
-Niphona tibetana Gressitt, 1951 is rather a synonyme of Niphona lunulata (Pic, 1926)
-Niphona (Hamatoniphona) longicornis (Pic, 1926) is probably a true species
