It looks like Paranamera oculata Hüdepohl, 1994. (unknown from Malaysia in Titan database, but present in Thailand)

This species occurs in Borneo, too.
There is a series in the British Museum from there, as well as one in my collection.

and I think this species never lived in Myanmar as claim by the author Hudepohl.
His collector was the well-known "Steinke"...Have a look here.
