Not sure on this unusual species, it is one I have never seen before and really pretty.

Prosoplus pulcher (Auriv., 1908) is very similar, but the pattern at the anterior elytral part is a bit different

I can also see the characteristic hooks on the end of the antennae. The pattern is slightly different yes.
