This beetle looks very much like Nericonia trifasciata Pascoe, 1869. As much as I can find, N. trifasciata should be a Malayan species (Borneo). But this one comes from North Luzon, Philippines. I saw also other specimens sold from Philippines. Length 7.5 mm.
The tips of elytra are black also in my specimen. This is the play of reflections that leaves the impression of grayish color in the photo. Besides, the apical part is covered with longer scarce light bristles which deepen the impression.
