Looks like Conamblys or Oxyprosopus sp. but these genera are not known in Tanzania (except O. neavei Aurivillius may be?).
Better pictures required and data please

Sorry for my late answer.
This looks like a female of Vittatocrites linzeri Adlbauer, 2002 described from Ifunda, IRINGA Region on 2 males.
The colouration of legs is however different but very few specimens being konwn in this genus, the colour variations are not well identified: Holotype and Paratype have different colours of legs. In my collection 2 females have legs testaceous except the clubs of hind femora and hind tibiae which are black.
