it doesn't match for me, and I think it is Oberea griseopennis Schwarzer, 1925 (= Oberea binotaticollis Pic, 1915 in Titan web)

Yes, it is not O.komiyai that has shorter antennae, which do not reach the apex of the elytra (KURIHARA, OHBAYASHI, 2007. Revisional study on the genus Oberea of Taiwan).
