I added a lateral view.

Could this be A. romblonica Huedepohl, 1992?

From Mindoro Oriental Philippines, 14 mm.

Thanks, Larry B.

Hello! Yes, it is A. cf. romblonica for a start but not quite convinced. Aside from coloration, does it have strong linear punctures in elytral surface? perhaps a clearer photo with lateral view will do just fine, I never seen a dimorphic before. Such an interesting specimen btw.

Thank you Cardiff.

The basal half of the elytra has numerous punctures, but they are not really aligned;

the posterior half has much more sparse punctation and the punctures do seem to be aligned.

I'll try for a lateral view later today.
