If you want to know if a website is down for you only or for everyone, use this site to verify:

https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/

Still out.
Anyone ask Tava?

Robert; your website says it is up and the splash page loads
but all requests end in 404 (not found).

Ok, the main page ( http://titan.gbif.fr/index.html ) is opening for me, and that's the page I tested with the link I gave. All subpages are giving me the 404 page.
I cannot verify subpages with https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/. This other site can: https://onlineornot.com/website-down-checker

Search results: https://onlineornot.com/website-down-checker?requestId=mbPl8dw47XiE9KcaG_rzf&url=http://titan.gbif.fr/aff_annuaire.php

Not reachable for everyone as for now (Dec. 08).
