Ben, while this is probably M. glauca,
I can't see the elytral apex along the suture.

M. glauca has the elytral apices bispinose.

Does this help?

I see that several other species have the elytral apices bispinose? Or am I missing something?

Thanks Larry.

Sorry, no.

Look on my website. The syntype on the upper left has a very distinct (although much shorter) sutural spine.

Other species have a "spicule" at the sutural angle.

Your close-up seems to show a spicule at the sutural angle, yours might be Mallocera ramosa Gounelle.

With the hooked spicule, it looks morelike Mallocera spinicollis?
