C'est un Sthenias, mais je ne trouve la description d'aucune espèce avec la bande blanche plus haute à la suture...

With "the lower lobes of the eyes slightly shorter than the cheeks, and on each elytron, a black discoidal macule transverse at the beginning of the apical fifth", the only possible option is Sthenias gracilis Breuning, 1938 described from India(Assam).
