It is about a Rhinotragini, but it is neither among the species recorded from Mexico nor - apparently - among the remaining ones...
You can check here, where nearly all species of this tribe are represented.
It seems to be alike Odontocera gracilis or nigriclavis (both from Brazil) or may be O. exilis (just from Mexico), but I am not really sure...
