I tried to modify your picture but I am not sure regarding some characters. They are Callichromatini without doubts, probably belonging to the genus Chelidonium Thomson, 1864. They might be Chelidonium semivenereum Hayashi, 1974 (= C. lumawigi Hüdepohl, 1989). This species is widespread in Luzon e Marinduque.
