I cannot identify this one with they key in Bentanachs, Vives & Bosuang, 2012 (Magellanes, Ex-Natura 4). Pronotum and elytra are glabrous.

Posted - 06/03/2021 : 22:02:24 Hello Robert Fig. 18, 18a in Bentanachs, Vives & Bosuang, 2012 (Magellanes, Ex-Natura 4) is not C. plicatulum! The description is also wrong. I have some specimens of your species, also from West Malaysia, but no name. And there are several very similar species in Borneo.

Close-up of the pronotum. The 5 specimens I have all have this indentation pointing upwards at the base of the elongated pronotal blackish spot. |
