I recently collected an interesting specimen of Armylaena in Angola and I would be very grateful for help with its identification.
From Angola, Armylaena angolana (Veiga-Ferreira, 1971) is known. The type specimen is reportedly deposited in the Instituto de Investigação Agronómica de Angola, although I do not know whether the specimen is still held there.
The original description was published as:
Veiga-Ferreira, G. da, 1971. Contribuição para o estudo dos Cerambicídeos de Angola. Novos Taxa Entomológicos 88: 1–7, pls I–II.
I am currently trying to obtain a copy of this paper. If anyone has access to this publication, I would be very grateful for a scan or PDF.
