I think it is Anoplodera (Robustanoplodera) viridipennis (Pic, 1923) which has an orange mark on the pronotum. Here a couple from Laos :

Thanks Sergi. None of those pictured in Larry's site show the orange mark and the apex of the pronotum. I have two and both have the mark.
