It could be a very related genus (the humeri are very pronounced and the elytra are ribbed, unlike Eusyntheta)

The other image is of the male.

Perhaps a new species in the monotypic genus Eusyntheta.

Hi Larry; perhaps an "unusual" Lamiini (some resemblance to Eusyntheta brevicornis Bates 1889).
Another specimen you posted is also very similar...

bonjour Larry ce n'est pas une Pterolophia, le thorax est epineux.
