Similar to Pothyne multilineata (Pic, 1934), but the antennae have 12 segments,(11 segments in P. multilineata); the third antennal segment is longer than the fourth (the third is shorter than the fourth in P.multilineata). The lower lobe of the eyes is nearly equal in length to the cheeks (twice as long in P. multilineata). I see no corresponding species in Breuning’s Revision of the Agapanthiini (1966). |
