21 mm, Mt Trus Madi, Sabah, Borneo.
This species could correspond to Aegoprepes insignis Shelford, 1902 from Sarawak, which was only vaguely illustrated by its author but completely overlooked by Pascoe when he described Aegoprepes antennator Pascoe, 1871 from Malaysia (Malacca)—and which is therefore possibly a synonym—and subsequently by Breuning (1966) in his revision of the tribe.
In the absence of further information, I therefore maintain the name Aegoprepes antennator Pascoe, 1871.
