Cameroon, Central Region
Using Quenvin, Villers Macrotomini revision (1978) I make conclusion, that it is Crossocnemis colmanti.
But I`m not sure.

Of course, Thierry is right, the genus Crossocnemis has mostly femurs with a spiny inner side. |

Which character you used to reach Crossocnemis ?
picture is very poor but it looks like Tersec infans female.
