Heteroclytomorpha sexplagiata
it is.

We don't see lateral spine of pronotum (pointed vs obtuse) to conclude with key of (Breuning,1950) implemented
there
.
If pointed spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha sexplagiata Breuning, 1939; if obtuse spine, it's Heteroclytomorpha quadrinotata Blanchard, 1853.
