According to me, they are two females of Hesperandra (Tavandra) polita (Say, 1832).
You can check by yourself the key by Santos-Silva (2003).
The species is largely widespread in Central and Southern America.

This ridge is entire and distinct in both specimen.

These ones with small eyes belong to the subgenera Tavandra or Hesperandra, which differs in the presence (or absence) of a intergenal ridge on the ventral side of the head. I need a picture of this particular.
