It should be Mimozotale (Parazotale) longipennis (Pic, 1927)

yes, it is. the holotype was deposited in Mus¨¦um National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris, you can examine it by yourself.

With a better picture, this species is Mimozotale (Parazotale) truncatipennis (Breuning, 1949).
