Is this a Noemia sp?
The overall build seems a bit stouter than the illustration.
Wallace has collected N. flavicornis from Singapore before, but this seems to match N. stevensi better?

This species does not look the holotype photographs which I have for N. stevensi or flavicornis.

The legs of N. stevensi are similarly colored, but the elytra is different.

N. flavicornis is rather metallic, whereas your specimen is only "shiny".

I have not recently looked at any illustrations which may be present in Pascoe's Longicornia Malayana. Those painted plates have a tendency to be unreliable.

Sir, I'm not an expert of Singapore but this one has nothing to do with Noemia.
It must be Melegena, this is clear. Following the colour of elytra it is M. emarginata. The relation of emarginata and pubipennis is not clear me.
