It is another Astathes (Tetraophthalmus).
Is the abdomen yellow or black?

I think it is Astathes janthinipennis Breuning, 1962.
The abdomen is yellow.

No, it should be A. gibbicollis baudoni Breuning, 1962.

A. janthinipennis Fairmaire, 1895 has completely blue elytra...maybe you meant the species I have written...
