 470.23 KB 7,5 mm, male. Houaphan, nord-est Laos.
 363.76 KB 5 mm, male. Houaphan, nord-est Laos.
 465.34 KB 5,5 mm, female(?).

--> Sybra sp. |

I agree this is not a Sybra sps, it belongs probably to Ropicosybra but the surface is not in good conditions.

 69.94 KB Est-ce qu'il s'agit de cette espèce ? Sybra truncatipennis Pic, 1944 = Mimectatina truncatipennis (Pic, 1944) |

I changed the photos. This species has a similar appearance to Falsatimura grisescens Pic, 1926, shown here. However, I do not believe this is the same species: Breuning does not mention the white spots on the elytra in his description, and the dimensions he provides (7 to 10 mm) are larger than those of my specimens; any feedback is welcome!

Yes, this species is right, pictures are perfect, I have some from Vietnam (Tonkin), Falsatimura grisescens is quite different.

Do you mean that this is indeed Mimectatina truncatipennis (Pic, 1944)? |
