It looks like Tragosoma harrisii LeConte, 1851

The pronotum shaping makes me rather think of T.depsarium (Linné,1767) also known from Western and North States.
But to be sure, it would be better to have a best view of the upper part of this specimen...

Tragosoma depsarium is strictly an Old World species (Laplante, Palaearctic Catalog). The current name for what has been called depsarium in NA is harrisii.
