looks like Glenida izabelae Vives, 2018 but without the small spines at the elytral apex, size 20.7mm - maybe a female ?

Well, no spine at the apex...
- Is it rather a variation of Glenida nudiceps Holzschuh, 2013 ?
- I have never seen Glenida puncticollis Breuning, 1961 from Vietnam, but here a translation of the description:
Glenida puncticollis n. sp. Close to soffusa Gahan, but antennae slightly longer than body (F), under eyes-lobes a bit shorter than cheeks, head unpunctuated, pronotal disc locally very densely and moderately finely punctuated, humeral ridge feebly curved, and the colouration fairly different. Red-yellow. A small rounded black spot on the prothoracic lateral teeth. Elytra shiny blue-violet. Tibial apical third and tarsi brown-black, antennomere V, especially on the dorsal side, and antennomere VI-XI brown-black.

maybe it is a variation of G. nudiceps I have only 2 spms but not sure for the ID, G. puncticollis (I can post a spm next week) is different, in my spm the posterior half of the pronotum is very rugose, otherwise the features are agree with this one |

265.68 KB Glenida izabelae Vives, 2018 male Vietnam(Yen Bai)
248.35 KB Glenida izabelae Vives, 2018 female Vietnam(Yen Bai)
Vives did not publish a photograph of female Glenida izabelae. Here I think it is indeed a pair: Besides the apical spines the only visible differences are the length of the antennae and the length of the lower eye lobes.
G. nudiceps is another species with shiny reliefs on the pronotum.
