| Un Aegolipton je pense mais si on exclu sauteri dont l'holotype dispose d'une épine très marquée à l'apex des élytres, je vois pas trop ce que ca peut être. |

Nous arrivons (Xavier et moi même) a Aegosoma hainanense Gahan, 1900 |

| Dans le livre de Pu (Faune de Taiwan), cette espèce est figurée page 61 sous le nom de Aegosoma sinicum White, 1853. |

| En aucun cas sinicum, de Taiwan avec cet habitus je suis en accord pour probablement hainanense. |

| I have doubts about this specimen from Taiwan in China.Firstly,I believe it is definitely not Aegosoma sinicum,but it is closer to Aegosoma fulvum with a slight difference. |

| Ripaille and Drumont explain in their publication about Aegosoma fulvum than some Taiwanese populations are closely related, but they have excluded them. They also specify that Aegosoma hainanense have antennae that extend beyond the elytral apex by two segments, compared to only one in Aegosoma fulvum. |
