Hi Francesco,
a friend of mine shot this in Kingfisher, Sabah, Borneo.
They think it's a Anelaphus parallelus but I am not sure?

No, it isn't: Anelaphus is an American genus of Cerambycinae.
This belongs, incredible but true, to the Lamiinae Acanthocinini.
It is a Rondibils (many species); possibly, Rondibilis spinosula (Pascoe, 1860). Cf. here.
