No, it should be A. gibbicollis baudoni Breuning, 1962.
A. janthinipennis Fairmaire, 1895 has completely blue elytra...maybe you meant the species I have written... |

I think it is Astathes janthinipennis Breuning, 1962.
The abdomen is yellow. |

It is another Astathes (Tetraophthalmus).
Is the abdomen yellow or black? |
